Hood to headlight gap

Does anyone have a fix to this. How I can adjust the hood to headlight gap I tried adjusting the black bump stops all the way down but then the hood vibrates and shakes.

I tried using washers and it worked a bit but i didn't like how it felt like it was ripping the tabs off

I shoved a thick rubber bumper between the headlight and the pointed piece. It's a little better but not completely fixed.
