I noticed my hood is higher in the front left side than the right side. Do you guys know if those hood pins are adjustable so I can make that left side flush with the bumper panel?

I wonder if the rubber bumper on that side is screwed to far out and is holding up the corner of the hood?

^^^ Yes what Earl said. You adjust that rubber bumper by turning it clockwise (down) to allow your hood to drop a little. Only turn it a 1/4 turn at a time until you get the result you want. That's one of the first things I do when I get a car is adjust the body panels. I had to move the front of my right front fender out a bit to allow it to have the same gap between the hood the entire length and to match the left side. Also had to adjust the bumper on the trunk lid to be level with the left rear fender.
