Hood Bolt Thread Pitch - HELP!

Does anyone know (or a kind soul measure) the thread pitch so I can go get a die cut at Lowes or somewhere to fix this? When putting on my hood struts I was taking off the drivers side bolt it and wouldn't completely unthread. I checked the bolt (or thought I did) and figured it was just needing a little help and used the socket to remove the rest. After I got it off, I found this on the side/backside. So, I need to try and fix this so I can get that little bolt on.

To answer my own question for future search in case /when someone screws up like me: 8mm/1.25.

It worked perfectly and 5 minutes later: voila, done.
