Ok, so inspired from another forum REgards a thread 'Where are we all going on holiday'

I'll start it off, but as the title says, if anyone fancies joining me on the whole or part road trip to my destination, you're more than welcome, some conditions though:

1. You must not be MUSTANG OCD (or any other form of bellend)
2. You must own and take your Mustang, V8, EB, 'Vert, Classic.
3. You must be able to keep up
4. You must bring money to reciprocate buying me wine/beer/coffee/brandy
5. You must book your own destination accommodation or bring a tent (you can stay in the grounds of my villa)
6. You must have a good level of intelligent conversation and be fluent in French.

So I'm going to Bargemon in the south of France and it's really close to here

. Can someone embed this link please, I'm f*#king useless :p

Yeah, that's me out too!

Aside from the fact you've not mentioned a date...
My French consists of pre-GCSE French so I can say "bonjour, Ca'va? and J'mapelle Steve" lol.

Oh and "I surrender"

Date: cross the channel on 06 June (Operation Overlord II, just realised the significance of the date :D), coming back up on 16 June.

We're taking 4days/3 nights to travel down and back, with stops around Reims, Lyon and Dijon, so that's the Champagne, Mustard and Gastronomic pleasures taken care of. Couple of nights in London at my BiL's pre invasion :D

Oh and by coincidence, Le Mans is on the weekend we travel back ;)

You know what, I could be interested.

Verdon Gorge has been on the list for a while as I've wanted to hire a canoe and have a paddle along there, and the Barcelona MotoGP is on the 11th and only a day's travel from the Gorge.

My french is limited to speaking slowly and loudly in english though. :D

Nice one Tony

Me and Linda canoed the gorge a few years ago, we had a gite near Moustier St Marie, it is epic mate :D

My English is limited, my French non existent, however I find being an aggressive drunk with a Scottish accent is more than enough for the locals just to give me stuff

I'll be booking the ferries this weekend ;)

if you are going on the train make sure you go in the "High Car" section, as on the normal level there is not much width space and if you google it, lots of car wheels have been damaged its the same price and they will understand
