Hold at rail yard

Hey guys i ordered a 2015 mustang gt from local deal here in phoenix arizona and the car was suppose to be at dealership monday.. but now there is a hold on the car sitting at the rail yard because of condensation in the head lights?

This is killing me.. the wait that is


How long do you guys think something this will push back delivery?

hopefully not very long, im waiting as well. where did you order from? i ordered from bell ford. my delivery date is monday as well, but cotus shows it is still awaiting shipment, they said its on the way in. not sure which is true right now.

i ordered deep impact blue. on the website it shows 2 of them, i got the auto GT with the 50 year package on it. cotus doesnt show it as shipped but delivery date says 10/20. they said the rail company says its on it, i just hope they didnt confuse it with the other blue one. hopefully it arrives soon!!

i hope so too! ive been watching yours as well on cotus to see how long it takes to arrive. i just wish i knew if mine was on the way or not. who are you dealing with at the dealer? i talk with anthony garcia, travis smith and Harley williams. they are a bunch of great guys there, this will be our 5th car bought from them in a year. hoping to order the gt350 as well when the order forms come out.

Yes cotus still shows shipping on mine but i know its at the rail yard now.. I am dealing with doug wise in fleet, i have known him about 15 years now great guy.. Bell ford is a great dealership i bough 2 cars from them this year already haha but 5 wow!!! I also wanted to gt350 but just could not wait any longer. may trade in when the 350 comes out who knows.

Cotus shows my vehicle has been built and is awaiting shipment. (Ruby Red GT Prem.) with 15 days until delivery to dealer max.

yea, sometimes it works, but mine say delivery on 10/20, yet still awaiting shipping???

all i know is i feel that ford did not launch the car right... almost a full year of show and tell then only send one very few cars to the market... tease after tease.. I love ford.. but i have also looked at other sports cars because of the waits and poor information .. almost bought new stingray last week lol

I've been checking almost all of the Phoenix dealers' websites for the past week, hoping that they'll get something that I can go look at to help with the wait. While it seems like almost all other parts of the country have received S550s, as best I can tell, our area hasn't seen one land on a dealer lot yet. What gives?

I would agree. 2014 went into productions 6 months early to compensate for the 2015. While other models have '15's on the lot stil a lot of dealer with out a mustang. Let alone customers who ordered in May still in the dark about their car? Originally ford was scheduling test drives for sept 2. So obviously something got messed up send by sept 2 they had barely been into production. With as much tradition and as many enthusiasts are out their for this car this is the one launch you can't play around with or string costumes along

thats funny!! i almost bought a new stingray as well about a month and a half ago!! but i love using bell ford, the chevy dealers were really not very nice at all.

Sanderson Ford has just received 3. A V6, an EB and a GT auto. I saw pics of them so I know they were there this morning.
