What is the most power someone was able to get out of a D1SC? Im sitting at 815whp with a 4.75” pulley. I could drop to a 4.13 or 4.25 pulley to max the blower but I am curious how far that will get me (I’m thinking about going built motor).

Thanks, Solar.
so it looks like he made the 930s on a 4" pulley. I am still on the 4.75" pulley and making around 800, I am only spinning the blower at 52,000 rpm at 7500 rpm, although I am already seeing stupid high boost.

If I do go the built motor route, 1,000 whp is my goal. don't really want to swap out the D1SC, although I understand it would be WAY easier with a F type head unit.

I'm curious if anyone else has gotten this close or if this is really the upper limits of the D1SC.

Mid 8s are possible with the d1sc in the right hands. It would be awesome to see how fast you can go on d1sc and stock engine. How quick have you been this far?

Never tracked it and in my hands I'm sure that mid 11's is possible lol. I suck at driving but it sure is fun!

I was about to throw up another thread about getting a built motor and whether to go short block or long block. And if i should wait for the motor to blow or upgrade it before that happens.

Under 950 is gonna be your max on the D1SC. I needed at least 200 more hp to get to where I needed so I upgraded to the F1A-94. The D1X would get you 1000whp.

Dang, I was hoping the D1SC could get me to 1,000 and i wouldn't need to upgrade. I feel like if i have to get a F1A and built motor anyways then I should make my goal whp higher.

D1SC - 880 wheel (and a few above that)
D1X - 1050 wheel (and a few above that as well)
F1A94 - Got guys making 1,300+ right now... but I don't know how hard they are turning them.

Personally the furthest I have taken a P-1X is 937 wheel (could have gone more, just didn't) I have also done a D-1X on a Gen2 Coyote with a nice and easy 15.8psi, and low timing... made 952rwhp through a FTI converter and a 6R8. (also could have made more, just didn't care to)

Is dyno numbers the goal here?
I wouldn't say dyno numbers are my goal.. I'm addicted to power and since I don't track it, dyno numbers are a convenient measurement method for relative gains.

This is my first experience into (heavily) modding cars so it has been an ever changing goal. I get used to the power and its time to step it up again.

Oh shoot! I didn't realize I was pushing the D1SC that far. I'm only spinning the blower at 52,000 rpm (4.75" pulley), I figured I still had more room.

I guess I may be upgrading if I want to push it much further.

EDIT: I didn't see the 880 on the D1SC, I thought it was 800 and that i was already over the limit.
