I could be wrong, but I believe that's the stock color.

Isn't this the stock Kona Blue LE that was auctioned off? If it was, those are stock lights. Why would Ford change them?

Likely just the quality of the photo and camera used.

You can see Craig Jackson in both of the photos of this car. Wearing the same tie, yet, look how different the Kona Blue looks in each picture.

I believe this was the preproduction DIB GT showcased at Barrett Jackson when the car was unveiled.

I've never had a car with HID's before and I have to say I'm not a fan. That sharp demarcation line between light and no-light is REALLY distracting at night, especially when it bounces off of Jersey barriers or retaining walls on the highway and I instinctually think there's a car coming at me.

I'd really rather go back to halogens to be honest.

It's the filter used in the pic distorting the colors. Just look at the skin tones; everyone looks like an Oompa Loompa.

Stock is a 4300k OSRAM hid lamp.

Yep, that car is DIB and it's the reason I ordered mine that color. If it was Kona, it would have the LE side windows and wheels.
