help with wheels

I liked the comment, but isn't the driver always up close to their car and only sees the wheels when outside of it?

Well, not all the time.. For example, when I'm walking out to my car from work, or a department store etc the car is always out in the distance in a parking lot. I would like to see some pattern and definition, but it's just darkness for most of the time I'm walking up to it.

I'm using my upcoming 40th bday as the excuse to do something stupid. Pretty sure silver Apex Vs5's are the direction in heading.
