Help with Varrstoen ES9 fitment

Hey guys,

Looking at the Varrstoen ES9 set. I have PP2 with magneride (not sure if it affects fitment) and stock ride height (not sure if I'm gonna lower yet). Looking for a nice flush fitment but also to fill the gap. Available choices:

19X9.5 +22 / 19X10.5 +35 | 5X114.3 | 73.1
19X9.5 / 19X10.5 +35 | 5X114.3 | 73.1
19X9.5 / 19X10.5 +22 | 5X114.3 | 73.1

20X9 +20 / 20X10.5 +22 | 5X114.3 | 73.1
20X9 +35 / 20X10.5 +40 | 5X114.3 | 73.1
20X9 +35 | 5X114.3 | 73.1

Looking for any advice for which set to go with and what tire sizes to pair it with. Thanks!

I had ES2s on my car with these specs so I imagine clearances would be the same for those if they're 20s.

Front: 20x9 ET22 255/35-20
Rear: 20x10.5 ET40 305/30-20
