I am reaching out to see if anyone can help me here.

I am working with Palm Beach Dyno to hopefully get my 10R80 to shift better under normal part throttle driving.

They are asking me to datalog with their channel configs. The issue is I cannot get it to work. When I try to load the xml file in my VCM Scanner Beta it responds with "channel configs failed to load"

I have 2 different laptops and both say the same thing.

I emailed the file to a friend that tunes with both Holley and HP tuners and it does the same on his laptop

I emailed the file to a local Mopar tuner who uses HP Tuners every day. Same result from him. He sent me his channel configs that he uses and it worked fine.

I have asked for a list of channel configs from PBD to manually enter them and they give me the same dropdown link.

This is the link they are sending me.

Thank you for any help as this has been going on for weeks and I am at my wits end.

Since you have a 10R the file I posted is missing "4258" "4268"
and 14212 to 14215

These may or may not open to channels. Might have to poll your car to get them or they may say external input.

The file worked great. Thanks again. Now hopefully they can help my 10 speed to shift normally.

Supposedly the last few years they have been working on their 10r80 tunes for better drivability. What are your issues?

Since I have owned the car it has been horrible at low speed driving. Every shift in the lower 4 or 5 gears would snap your head at part throttle. It seemed to hold onto the gear too long then bang into the next gear. Downshifts were also harsh. It was like that when I bought it used with 30k miles. It did it after they tuned it. I hurt the 10 speed at the track - the brand new 10spd I bought from Ford did it.

Until now!! The latest revision makes me like the car again - some downshifts are annoying but much better. It is no where near as smooth as the GMs I have driven but it feels like another car. I was actually smiling putting miles on it.

Thank you K4fxd for your help as I was pulling my hair out. And I must give props to PBD. I originally had purchased the tunes (e85 and 93) about 2 years ago. The fact they came out with an updated tune and have worked with me through the months (my fault not theirs) is very cool of them. They have not charged me anything additional.

I will ask them for an updated 93 tune so it does not have to be on E all the time.

I may see how much $$ to add the transbrake tune for the E85 so hopefully I can get this in the 9s. 10.27@142 with 1.7x short time is as fast as I have had it.
