I have absolutely no idea how this thing works. Tuner basically told me don't touch it. What does it do? how does it work? can i download mutable tunes? Can i keep the tune i have now and switch to the another tune, switch back in forth between the two whenever I want? I just bought because i was told i need for the tune. Plus I'm scarred to hook it up because i don't want to mess anything up. Thanks

Hey man if ur not familiar with it i would call one of the tech lines,u could mess some serious things up if u do steps wrong especially downloading the tune.all parameters have to be set or adjusted by a tuner then u download the tune to ur car.U can datalog but let the tech guys walk u through it if its ur first time.

There are videos on YouTube that will walk you through the entire process. Make sure to hook up a battery charger to your car before uploading a new tune.

You need to do a lot of reading and researching before you start modding your car any further....

All responses to you are true and helpful except this one...

You have to learn somehow. Contacting the manufacturer or your tuner (or where you got the sct from) is good advice on your first go round.

Do not touch any tunable parameters when you load it up until you do lots of learning. Otherwise your learning may come with a hefty price tag.
