Help identifying two parts within the engine bay..

Hi all,

I'm hoping somebody can help offer guidance regarding a component from an OEM air box on a 2017 GT350R. It's the right side panel of the box itself. Please see attached image. The part would complete the "oval", that's what I am trying to find. This is not mine, I grabbed the image from eBay.

The second part is actually a clip from one of the engine hoses. Currently, I have a zip tie in place until I can find a replacement clip.
