Help identify stock catback

I am looking for an OEM catback system for my 2016 GT to replace the one currently on there that is too loud. There is a OEM catback for sale not too far from me and is a decent price. The seller says it's off a 2015 or 2016 Mustang but he doesn't remember if it was a V6 or V8. It wasn't his car.

Is there a way I can tell by looking at these pictures if this catback came off a V6 or V8? I don't want to do a 5 hour round trip drive for nothing.

And I just learned that in addition to differences based on engine (EB vs V6 vs V8), there are differences in the muffler part numbers based on body type (coupe or convertible) and transmission type (manual or auto).

The Ford parts diagrams only show a single inlet on the V8 resonator and that smells off to me. I figure the oem GT resonator has two inlets, not just one.

AFAIK the easiest way to tell is only the GT's had roll cut and polished exhaust tips

You willing to come to the Chicagoland area? The stock exhaust from my 2017 GT has been sitting in my buddy's shed for almost 2 years. Only 20k miles on the exhaust. Free if you want to come get it.
