I haven't heard any in real life due to being in the UK, I know videos don't do them justice

I'm stuck between the Magnaflow Conpetition & Corsa Xtreme

What do you guys think?

Which is louder?

Any other cat backs you would recommend?

Corsa Sport is the best compromise if you ever plan on headers. If you never plan on cat deletes or headers go Xtreme

corse xtreme is going to be louder with a slightly higher pitch towards the end of the RPM band
magnaflow is going to be a deeper tone with it getting alittle raspy towards the end of the RPM band
but it all depends on what you are looking for aswell

If you don't ever plan to add headers, go with the Corsa extreme.

Have you watched the CJ Pony videos on catback yet? Bill does a great job talking about the sound of each as well as the the sound of them in the videos. American muscle videos do a great job of comparing the sound to the stock set up.

I do wish some one would put together an app that would allow you to select which exhaust to play against each other, in the format American muscle uses.

I am a Magnaflow fan. I think having Mario Andretti as a spokesperson has something to do with it, as well as it being the deepest sounding at idle. I have to admit if Mario or Michael were pitching something, I would at least give the product a hard look.

I'm leaning towards the MF as I hate the big box on the Corsa at the back, also the deep tone just does it for me a bit more & the top end rasp (X) just adds another level, I think I'm sold! Cheers guys!

FYI the Comp maggies will drone until you burn them in good. Additionally, they use 409 on the pipework and still charge a premium. Corsa is 304 throughout. IMHO I'd stay away from anything 409 if you're going to drive her in anything other than clear/sunny conditions.

it's all personal preference, you just have to go with what your gut tells you

if you want a nice deep tone thats loud, the stainless works LMF is another great option

Very subjective on exhaust. Lots of great options out there. We've had great luck with Corsa, Borla and ARH. All depends on how loud you want to go.
