hello, have a 2020 mustang gt single turbo setup w/ th400.
So I have been fighting this issue for awhile now.
Engine will randomly turn off while driving. Car will drive fine then as you slow down it'll just drop RPMS out completely and not wanna restart.
After waiting 5 mins it'll start up fine and drive.
Car had TB codes. So I replaced it and the pedal position sensor.
Issue still occurs. Checked wires and continuity and they were good.
Any ideas on what else it can be.
Crank position sensor possibly? Car ran great then this randomly occurred.

Check cam phasers. Saw many posts of people complaining of your issue and the problem was a bad cam phaser.
It does not always throw error codes. Try search the forum for this, you will find something.

But I’m getting a TB code even after swapping it

Sorry, what is a TB code? And which one you got?

So still after replacing both the accelerator pedal position sensor and the throttle body with new parts you are getting the same errors.

The errors are:
P06A8 - Sensor Reference Voltage C Circuit Range/Performance
P0124 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Intermittent
U210F - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Communication Circuit Low

All of the three errors have a "circuit short to ground" as common cause.
You already checked the wiring harness which was the most logical thing to check and found it good.

Do you have ay means to log your data via OBD port? FORScan will do it for you with the Oscilloscope function. You'll probably need somebody else to drive the car and reproduce the issue while you look at the data. That is the cheapest route, just the interface and the FORScan license which is quite inexpensive (compared to throttle body and pedal sensor which you replaced).

I do not but I can buy forscan if it’ll work on a tuned car. Where can I get it and do I need a special cable or would any obd to usb work?

On the FORScan website there is the list of the supported adaptors: FORScan Home.
The most used and recommended by FORScan Team is this one: OBDLink® EX - OBD2 Adapter For ELM327 & FORScan.
Check if one of your adapters already in possession can work before buying a new one. There is a free extended license for two months, it should be sufficient to diagnose your issue without spending extra money.

It will work on a tuned car, all the ECUs will reply to the same commands, it's just the injection strategy to be different but that should be transparent to the application.

Everything you can correlate to the fault, or the errors noted.
I see Vref fail, so look the +5V bus monitoring (if there is), actual and desider Throttle body position, actual and desired cam phases, fuel pressure... the list goes on...
