Helmet Recommendation

Does the neck donut feel hot? I've been considering one. I'm a casual track day guy, so I don't plan on roll cage, 6-point, etc. But short of getting the hybrid Hans setup, this donut seems like the next best thing. Thanks.

No hotter than wearing a helmet, but it does come on and off fast during cool down times.

Hey all. Looking to do some HPDE and maybe some auto-X events next season and looking for helmet recommendations. I don’t need anything fancy and nothing that will be overly expensive as I won’t be doing more than a few events most likely. SA2015 or newer is the track requirement for what I would be doing and I’d just prefer to have my own helmet rather than renting one at the track.

There is no substitute for a H&N restraint and there are options from Simpson that don't rely on shoulder harnesses like a HANS type.
