Been reading the forum since I ordered in early 2015 so well overdue!
Got my Shadow Black GT back in April 2016 from what was Benfield Ford - Leeds.

Picked up some great advice from many of you and I'm sure I will get to a meet this year.

I'm new as well and have just bought a DIB GT convertible and it has already received some mods. Mishimoto intake, steeds under brace and top brace. Got the Steeda springs to fit but collecting bushes etc and ordered the carbon fibre tailpipes Remus exhaust after researching loads of others.

Got some more mods in mind but only as funds permit. I have always modded cars I've had and I swapped Lewis Hamiltons old SL63 for the Mustang. I thought that 600hp and mainly carbon bodied would feel retrograde but the Mustang is instantly more charismatic and now with a set of Yokohama V105s tyres it's sufficiently predictable to enjoy.

Anyone wants the P zeros that came off they are welcome. Cars done 4K.

Don't get me wrong it was silly quick but in a precise Germanic way. Just no enthusiasts discussing them on forums. Might as well have joined the Jimmy Saville Fan Club.

Some of my mates think I'm nuts but the Mustang just gets me like my old TVRs used to.
