Heel Plate for Driver's carpet

Thought I'd share some funnies with you lot.

I've been looking at an aluminium heel plate for the Stang because the 86 had carpets that were notorious for wearing out, so I had purchased one of these for it:

Looking once more for the new car, I came across this:

Which I thought was pretty cheap, worth a shot.

Then I emailed the vendor to see if I could get a running pony logo instead of the Ford, and got this response:

Dear friend，
I am sorry that we won't do such specific item only if it is large amount.
We have the item as the picture for ford, what do you think?
Hearing from you and best wishes.

I've really enjoyed that attached picture. Close enough

I've emailed back to see how many is required for a 'large amount'.

Anybody else interested in something like this?

Yeh obviously I wouldn't be doing the wolf, I asked if they could do the mustang running pony logo, they just got back to me and need a minimum of 50 orders haha

Anyways i'll be ordering the Ford oval one to have a look at the quality, let you guys know how I go.

For anybody interested in this heel plate, here it is installed.

I needed to buy some 10 mm long bolts because the 16 mm long ones that came with the kit were too deep, but apart from that I would mod again.

Make sure you leave the plate out in the sun for a couple of days to get rid of the rubbery smell, those black dots are rubber.

Are you looking at a group buy and maybe get the pony detailed rather then the ford oval?

nah not planning any group buys, they needed like 50 to maybe get a design up and running and i needed a heel plate asap

It's a Ford so I don't mind the Ford logo

What are you going to do about the "Powered by Ford" on the tappet covers?

Agree with you on the Ford thing as a general rule, even though I drive a Ford now. Next-door neighbour put Ford Racing stickers under the 5.0. Not something I'd be doing, but it's all a personal thing.

Doesn't it subtly say "Ford" at the top of the windscreen?
