Heated and cooled seats issue

2019 Base GT I swapped leather seats into and switched to the correct bezel driver seat isn’t blowing air or heat out of but passenger is but passenger also seems in limp mode it works and heat's up and cools but not as much as i thought any fixes or do I just have a bad motor in the driver seat? TIA
