DA was 1200 running 11.90s .. DA was 1700 and running 3 tenths slower ..If the headers and tune lets say gives you 30 to HP that would have covered the little bit of DA change easy ..
It's got to be the tune man I went from 12.9@113 to a 12.6@116 with just the headers and a crappy bama tune on stock 235/50/18s Either that or your car is hurt internally.

That sounds like a tuning issue not a header issue. Think about it, you put on more efficient primaries and collectors and eliminated the catalytic converters. You have a larger amount of air that can now flow out the exhaust ports and out the tail pipes. As long as your tuner can dial in the car, you should be making at least a 20-30 more horsepower. Unless you ran 11s on a very cold day with great DA and now your comparing it to a very hot day with shitty DA.
I agree 100%, hope, you get it figured out soon. I know how you feel. Mine felt like that too until I got it tuned properly.

Nice mod, few questions about the header install.
Where do the o2 sensors hook up, in the collector or on the tube or both and it comes with a plug? Did you need to purchase an extension harness for the sensors? What is your afr's looking like?

The front o2s plug into the collector and the rears plug into the supplied pipe. The front 02s use the supplied extensions but the rears reach just fine with a little bit of adjustment. Haven't really checked the afrs on a dyno but at wot and watching the gauge the car has they are running between 11.5-1 12.5-1 ish. By far the best nod I have done so far. Gonna be getting a professional dyno tune soon so hopefully I can pick up a bit more power.

A buddy that works at Elk Grove ford did it for me. I live in the rancho Cordova area. I will be more than happy to let you hear it in person. The car is gonna be in the body shop for the next few weeks though I hit a deer last Saturday and the car is pretty messed up right now. :frusty: I am always at sac raceway and was planning to run in slicks and skinnies on July 8th but I'm pretty sure the car won't be done by then. Also I've installed mbrp street exhaust on it so it sounds way better now.

That would be amazing to hear your system in person. I appreciate the offer. I still haven't taken out my Mustang out to sac raceway yet. I'm out here in Antelope. The street series cat back was one system I was really considering. It has a nice deep rumble to it.
