Do you by any chance know if aftermarket headers are lighter than the stock headers?

Honestly I couldnt tell you for sure. I picked a header up and a stock set up and there was very little difference. Felt a tiny bit lighter if any.

That sounds really nice.

What MF mufflers?
Thanks. They are actually just universal magnaflow mufflers welded to the stock piping. I'm planning on buying a complete catback setup soon I don't like how raspy this setup is during normal driving. Sounds really good at wot though. I think I'm gonna go with mbrp setup next.

I think the rasp sounds good. I like the more compressed exhaust tone versus the "muscle car" sound. Reminds me a bit of the older E46 M3 with a different rear suitcase.

I'm gonna take it to the track tomorrow and see what I can do on the stock tires with the new mods. 12.9 @ 113 was my best before the headers and tune so I'm Not hoping for to much on the crappy rubber but I will try and get someone to video it.

So I ran again tonight on stock tires I'm pretty happy with the results.

as someone who just got into the exhaust research..does this make your car technically street illegal because catless?

Well I don't know how it works everywhere else but my car is definetly not considered legal here in California I'm just taking advantage of the new car 5year smog time frame lol.

Yes I believe you will be very happy! I know with slicks and axles my car would run 11s I have a video of the pass on Facebook but can't get it into YouTube. My car was all over the track 1st-2nd and 2nd-3rd

Technically, yes it is illegal to remove the factory cats. It really depends on where you are whether it's worth the risk to do it in the first place. Here in VA we do emissions every two years. There are ways to get the car to pass but they are hit or miss. I wouldn't recommend off-road pipes or headers to anyone not comfortable with dealing with emissions issues.
