I've got my long tubes in the garage ready to go on hopefully Monday, but I'd like to test the tune to make sure it works before I get 8 hours into an install and find out there's a problem. That brings me to the question: what's the difference between the tune for a car with stock headers vs one with off road lt's, besides adjusting for no cats? Can I load that tune to test it, and make sure it runs before doing the install?

There should be no adverse effects of running a tune for headers with the stock headers in place.
