Head removal

So I have decided to do Cams, ARP head studs, MMR boosted head gaskets and new valve springs while I have my motor apart. Looking at everything it appears the heads could possibly be removed while the motor is still in the car. Has any one had experience doing this and if so any tip to be had?

Yes can come out in the car. When you install the heads you will have to put the heads on and then install the studs. The heads will not go on over the studs

Do you know if the manifolds will come out with the heads?

I wanted to follow up on this thread, did you guys manage to remove the cylinder head with the engine in the car?
