hi guys, have a problem. went for a mustang ecoboost ruby red , wheels and strip package. was a first time buyer got approved took the car home and april. everything was finalized on april 9. put down my down payment and everything. was told had 45 days till first payment so wouldn't pay until may 24. didn't get my car until the following week of april 9 since it was a dealer trade so took a while. also forgot to mention dident have credit as well. so fast forward to around may 19 and my sales women calling me that bank lost all paper work and need everything done again. she told me plan A was bring first month payment to her then she would take it to bank. or plan B bring all my pay stubs and do everything again but wouldn't have to pay until another 45 days. so im thinking plan B but didn't want to do the whole process again and drag my mom out for everything again since she did co sign for me. but opted for plan A since I had the money already so I went that route. so fast forward to today and have not received anything from ford about payment or my local bank that approved me. don't know if I should stay quite or call ford or my bank ?????

Well don't stick your head in the sand (stay quiet). Make some calls and find out what's going on. You don't want your fledgling credit to take a hit. Did you receive a copy of the sales contract? In California, the details of your payment terms are spelled out on it.

Call the bank that did your loan, ford has nothing to do with the financing. sometimes dealers can do some really shady things, so go straight to the horses mouth and talk to the bank to make sure everything is good. The bank owns your car, what they say is all that matters.
