Ford's fourth quarter is Oct-Dec right?

Order placed Aug 24. Dealer was adamant order had to be in by weekend for pre-thanksgiving-ish delivery. Ford Rep told Dealer last week that my allocation will be pulled any day now. As of today still material hold.

Updates are done every Thursday, so relax - until tomorrow... And then next Thursday...

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if your allocation hasn't been pulled yet, there's no way you're getting your car before Thanksgiving - or probably even Christmas. My order was submitted May 4, and the allocation was pulled and I got the VIN Oct. 22; on Nov. 5, I got my Nov. 17 build date. Add a few weeks for delivery, and I'm in the middle of December (at least) for delivery. :shrug:

Nice to hear! Even if it's raining out I'd bet you're sitting in it and still in awe.

Now if mine would just freakin' arrive at the dealer already! It's literally sitting at a rail station 60 effin miles away from the dealership.... been in limbo there since 11/6! :tsk:

Comparing to my 07 gt500, it feels rock solid on the road, was in weather mode last nite ,it works extremely well. It begs to accelerate,my 500 has way more hp but this car will be able to use its power REAL well. Can't wait to get after it!

Oh, and the sound as you accelerate in sport mode is priceless.........Forget the aftermarket exhaust !:eyebulge:

Friday the 13th is my lucky day!

I just talked with Ford Performance and found out my build date has been moved up from Nov. 17 to Nov. 13. However, there's still no update on how fast the cars are getting shipped...

My car was built 10/23 and is supposed to be at my dealer this Friday in Lawrence, KS

So, it looks like 3-4 weeks for delivery.
