you're right, shut down the forum, all the knowledge to be had is in the manual.set it, and go.
have you read the owner's manual?
To be fair to fionic, that information IS actually in the manual.you're right, shut down the forum, all the knowledge to be had is in the manual.
I have not, I am at work. I set it and reved it up and thought it would stop and hold the RPMs at the set RPM, it does not.set it, and go.

From what I know, it holds the front brakes, not the RPM's. You are in control of engine speed.I have not, I am at work. I set it and reved it up and thought it would stop and hold the RPMs at the set RPM, it does not.
You're thinking of Line Lock, not launch control. From what I know, it holds the front brakes, not the RPM's. You are in control of engine speed.
Did you actuality try to go, i.e. dump the clutch while hitting the gas? Or did you just rev the motor? I'm probably wrong, but I think it will keep the revs in 1st gear down to your setting until you are going forward at a sufficient rate... again, I'm probably wrong. Also, I did see some youtube vids on this subject.I have not, I am at work. I set it and reved it up and thought it would stop and hold the RPMs at the set RPM, it does not.
I just reved it up, didnt floor it like the above video. I guess thats why it didnt work.Did you actuality try to go, i.e. dump the clutch while hitting the gas? Or did you just rev the motor? It feels really weird, but you have to floor the loud pedal, dump the clutch and VROOOOOM :ford:I just reved it up, didnt floor it like the above video. I guess thats why it didnt work.
