Well I actually was able to work something out with the dealer I ordered the Mach from. Selling it to them tomorrow for $1,000 more than I paid brand new 3 years ago, amazing times we’re living in. Whew what a relief but super sad that tomorrow will be the last time I drive it, what a great car. 2% under invoice still good for delivery early July. Gonna be a long 6 weeks!

Congrats. Bitter sweet feeling but just remember you have a hell of a car arriving this summer

I'm in NY as well. Ordered 3/15/21. Originally had a 5/17/21 build week. Now 6/14/21 build week.

Just got back from dropping it off at the dealer. Was standing outside next to it with the salesman after the paperwork was done and the sales manager came out. He looked at it and said to the salesman, get this washed and parked out by the highway before you do anything else today! He knows it's a head-turner. So the salesman got in and drove away, first time I ever heard the exhaust with someone other than me driving. Regardless of getting the M1, it's a sad day.

I felt the same way about trading in my 2017 GT, loved the color combo of ruby red with the double silver racing stripe. Probably would have gone for another GT if they still had the same width stripes as an option but the wide/narrow combo was unappealing.

Yeah it hurts, had the dealer ask me if I wanted to trade my 2008 GT500 early for the 2017 GT350 I ordered, they offered me more on the trade than I paid when I bought it used. Traded in May got GT350 in early August, it was the anticipation that kept me ok, so hold on you will love the Mach 1.

ordered 3/16. My original build week was 5/2 now All the same as yours

On April 22 I got the most recent email from Ford saying my production date was changed to the week of June 21. Since then, my order tracking page has been showing an estimated dealer delivery date of July 6. Today without any email update from Ford it changed to N/A. That doesn’t sound good.

Try not to pay too much attention to the estimated delivery date. I know it’s hard not to but it doesn’t mean much. According to the tracker my car wasn’t supposed to be here until may 21st at the earliest and it’s been in my garage since the 6th. It showed an estimated window of the 21st to 27th up until the day after i brought it home and it magically changed to “delivered”.

It’s just another delay. We’re not getting our cars until The fall. Just have to live with it. If something else comes out in the meantime I’ll just cancel and order that. No need to wait for another model year car I guess.
