Someone correct me if im wrong, but I believe they are part of the dashboard itself. You'd have to remove nearly the whole thing.

I am sure you can get all of those separated after you figure out how they are assembled to the dash ... check with auto upholstery shops ..

They are, there was another guy on here that wanted to do something similar but found out that it all is basically one part (I think he was trying to order it to have an extra covered then installed).
