So the sky decided to hail a little bit in Boston today..
On my way home, it looked like old Audis and Toyotas got the worst of it.
Then of course I visited my 2007 V6, parked behind my condo building ... and while the body damage seemed to be rather negligible compared to some cars on the street.. I did find a small crack in the windshield
Basically an 8" fracture, cannot feel it on the outside of the vehicle (didn't check inside yet).
First time dealing with wrecked windshield, what are my best options here?
Good thing this isn't my ordered '16 sitting outside I suppose, but I have a feeling that the light hail damage is going to wreck the ~$6000 trade-in value that dealers were giving me a few months ago.
No comprehensive insurance coverage, just FYI.
