Funny so many are concerned about my garage! :shrug:

If I had a basement, or a bigger house, or whatever, wouldn't be as tough. I have lived in this house for 24 years and raised a family in it. I own 4 decent cars, a great boat, two kids in college, and take great vacations while building up a sizeable nest egg. I did this by living in a small raised ranch with no basement and a single car garage. You make choices in life, and that's what happened.

That's what insurance is for...
I have a golf ball Explorer that was totaled by hail. Bought it back and got a reconstructed title. Rides the same maybe a little faster with the dimples. I think I remember USAA telling me 65% of value = total.
