Deleting the resonator with H or X and keeping stock mufflers can sound a bit tinny.

Avoid the Flowmasters unless you don't mind the drone that comes with them.
I was under the impression it would sound deep through the power band. That's what even steeda and other exhaust gurus tell. No word on having to ditch the stock mufflers.

Early on first change I made to the exhaust was resonator delete with stock mufflers. Was a bit louder than stock, but didn't like the tinny / hollow tone. Only lasted about a month before otping to go with a full exhaust.

I have the Steeda H-Pipe ready for my Mach 1 and want better clamps before I crawl under to install.
Hooker is back ordered until mid-may everywhere.
Found Walker 36530 from RockAuto.com in stock.
Hope they work.

Did you have the active exhaust or no?
