I can't keep my hands still to take a picture. I always suck at cell phone pictures when my hands aren't supported :/ Terrible at focus. I also resized it down 75% (phone takes enourmous images)

Next gen of phone cameras (Note 4, iPhone6+) have optical image stabilization to help with this very thing. I felt your pain on my S3, but the Note 4 does a much better job.
