I posted a bunch of pics in my arrival/purchase thread.

Anyone who says this color is not downright gorgeous is.. uh.. ;) We'll lets just say I cannot believe how good this looks on this car, especially in the sun. I like it as much as Dark Highland/Highland Green.

I love black cars, I always will, but I am very thankful that Tony Alonso and Dabko told me about how much I would like this color (being a former BULLITTHEAD.) They were right.

:)

I had a BULLITT for 12 years, I guess the dark green is calling me back. This color is a lot closer to HG/DHG than most people realize. :D

Once a BULLITTHEAD always a BULLITTHEAD! :hail:

I reluctantly traded in my '08 DHG (#2184) after becoming partially disabled from cancer treatment in 2011. While I love my 2012 Candy Red GT Premium I'm looking forward to reconnecting (in a way) to my Bullitt in my new 2015 Guard.

I hope you enjoy your Beauty as much as I'm looking forward to getting mine.

Happy driving.

So, just how green is this colour? No two pictures look the same to me but if this colour is green I could be interested.
If someone saw it in the street in the sunlight would they called it green, grey or maybe gunmetal?

Trust me, I have and I cant decide. My perfect colour would be British Racing Green (is that sacrilege on and American car?) but I really dont like grey/silver/gunmetal. The pics are all over the place. Some look green and others look gunmetal.
I guess I will have to see one in the flesh and somehow doubt I will be able to before I make my colour choice

I've said it before, but you really need to go see it in person. I felt similarly, but after seeing it on a fusion I changed my order. I can see why some people would like it, but not for me. The pictures I've seen really haven't conveyed it in person, that being said, for all I know it's going to look completely different on a mustang than it does on the fusion. You could maybe see if you can order some touch-up paint bombs and paint a spare hood or fender from the junkyard to get a feel for it, since it's probably not worth the international flight to check out a color.

If everything falls into place. I will be posting photos of the Guard Mustang next to my '01 Bullitt Dark Highland Green this weekend. In either case, neither color is similar to BRG (Jimmy Clark's '65 Indy Lotus as reference ), since both are metallic. DHG would be the closest to BRG.

What a cracking idea!
I have a bit of spare cash and the Mrs has just recovered from a back operation. And I don't need to tell her that my suggestion of a trip to the states is to check out a car colour do I?
Where is still warm this time of year?

Snarkiness aside, the debate will rage on as long as HN is an option, but its "guard green," not "guard gray."

It is definitely a green. The metallic seems to be without color, so it reflects blue or green or even grayish, depending on lighting and such.

Everyone who has seen mine in person has said "Wow, love that green" or "That green color is awesome" etc..
