Just like Dark Highland Green looks anything like the color in the film to which I was referring.

This is why I always thought Guard Metallic was the right color. It captures the essence of the movie Mustang color on film the best. This color has emotional draw for me not because it's the actual color of the Bullitt Mustang but because it is the correct color for my memory of the movie. Dark, mysterious and understated. Perfection.

I will not explain this any further because I have no idea how else to get this point across.

OK, Now This I Totally Get. You are Looking at Guard from a Completely Emotional and Artistic Standpoint. I misunderstood your initial post. I thought you were trying to say that Guard Looked Like Dark Highland Green because of those Screen Captures, which is why I was Stating that those Images Didn't Accurately Depict Dark Highland Green. I Get that in Your Memory of the Movie that because of the Dirt, Dust, and Haze Combined with Film Quality that Guard Reminds You of Bullitt more than Dark Highland Green actually does.
