I might get shot for saying this but don't mind the front plate. I have a plate I like and don't mind seeing lol

it's not the plate that's the problem. it's that they drill into your bumper to attach the plate. there are other ways.

I get it but it has to be attached somewhere. And since I have to have a plate on in the first place it's a mood point because I'll never take the plate off.

Just the way "I" see it

My first color choice was guard. But I want the performance pack for the eco-boost which we all know comes with black wheels. Imo the black wheels do not look as good as the gunmetal version on guard colored mustangs. Therefore I feel forced to change car color-going with ingot silver. The black wheels look good in contrast to silver, not so much in contrast to guard. Ford should really be giving a choice of color for the perf. pack wheels. I don't understand the push for black wheels.

I did see it in silver at the Peterson Museum in LA. Lousy lighting and lousy placement of the car in the corner of the showroom. Disappointing. The same mustang was at Knott's Berry Farm a couple of days earlier and some really good outdoor pics have been posted from the Knott's Berry Farm event.

Black wheels seem to look better on a light colored car. They don't look bad on the guard mustang, just don't pop.

Just a heads up to all you Guard fans. The new Fusion is available in Guard, so go check out nearby dealers and see if they have any

Sorry but I haven't had the chance to look at it yet in person. I'm in maryland right now and if I have time I'll look around and see if any of the dealers here have any in the lots. I saw a Magnetic Fusion driving around in Glen Burnie at Qdoba's. But if I don't have time a dealer near my house has one on the lot that I will take a look at thursday.

^ Agreed, black wheels look horrible with Guard, much better on silver/white/yellow.
What happened to these gray ones? They look great on it.. according to the order guide they don't exist

Those are the wheels I want too. I think the eco-boost perf. wheels are the same wheels but in black gloss. But the gunmetal color looks much better and also just looks right on the mustang.

It is crazy that Ford has shown us all these pics of the wheels in gunmetal color when they will only be selling the wheels in black. Weird tease.
