Awesome and congrats. I DO think the sales are slowing down and dealers will find themselves either holding these on the lot till they are out-dated, or, make a customer happy indeed!

So I stop by my ford dealer today and the GM ask me if i want to buy a Shelby? I say what color, he says rapid red and it should be here late Sept., I say lets look at the build and how much is the ADM . No ADM give me $500 deposit and it's yours! And you can't believe it is a CFTP car!!!!!

Some have implied that this is a rich man's/woman's game and if you don't like dealers charging an ADM, you should maybe look at a Kia. I couldn't be farther from a Socialist, but simply refuse to pay an ADM....and I understand the concepts of supply and demand. I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do with their money, I just like stirring the pot every once in a while!

That is awesome congratulations. What the heck is the $1300 smart shield charge on the dealer invoice ??

This type of thread always makes me chuckle. I hate admā€™s like everyone else. I paid one on my Heritage R, didnā€™t think twice. Thereā€™s no one on these threads that if they were selling something would turn down over asking on what they had. Well maybe a very select few. Lol.

Careful now, youā€™ll get ridiculed in here.

Msrp is just that, suggested. The market drives the price. We have three Ford dealers and of those two are Shelby program. Of those I could not score a cftp Allocation myself. So I had to go out of state and I paid 9k adm for the spec I wanted. And Iā€™d do it again in a heartbeat. The car is amazing. Coming off a ā€˜19 GT350 and then a ā€˜20 Callaway ZL1 1LE this car is the cats pajamas. The cars worth what someone will pay. And Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll catch flack for this but if youā€™re budgeting 96-100k for a CFTP and arenā€™t willing to pay a 10% adm especially given the current market you donā€™t really want the car. Call it principle or whatever you want to help yourself sleep. These cars arenā€™t going to get cheaper.

I agree if you want CFTP car and want to have it now you will pay ADM. If you are patient maybe you can get reduced ADM late this year or early next on any leftovers. I waited almost 8 months to pick my leftover up at msrp, but its not a CFTP, the wait was tough but I suffered through it with my 19 GT350 :)

I got mine for 2500 over, it is local so no shipping and in the color combo I wanted. I had one on order for msrp for a Sept build date but I was told that the car was no longer going to that dealership. Actually I imagine they sold it out from under me for an adm. Plus the one I paid slightly over for is supposed to be in next week.

The Canadian price on the car AT MSRP is already far higher than the same optioned GT500 in the USD price. But yeah, CAD dealers trying to squeeze than lemon, lots for sale, just re retarded prices. Love the car, loved the GT350R as well (had one on order, cancelled bc of covid uncertainty at the time,). The MSRP price is fair, phat, but atleast orbiting what it's worth. More? Just cray cray... so much more car options out there and best to wait some time.
Yeah i even wrote a letter to Ford Canada really knowing that it wouldnt make a flying f%#$ks worth of difference , just had to let them know how i feel lol . I told them when times are tough for them i hope they suffer ( like its gonna make any difference ) just made me feel better :) .
