My ADM story- check the dates

2022 Base HE -ordered 1/5/22, delivered 8/26/22. Paid exactly MSRP, no doc fees or dealer adds, similar story to poster JR369 above, small town dealer in Missouri. Drove it back 169 miles home.

2022 Base (white)- found dealer who reduced ADM in 2023, bought last week 1/26/23. Paid exactly MSRP plus $250 in documentation fees, paid transport company $1460 to ship it to me. Small town dealer in West Virginia.

Key is to find a car ordered by the dealership.

point being I just bought a $86k GT500 for MSRP last week. Takes patience, but it can be done, also there are a lot of 20-30k ADMs in Missouri and all over the country, its not just a west coast thing.

Name of dealers please. I have a friend who has been looking for one at msrp for months with no luck.

The best thing to do is go to Ford.com and do a "search inventory" this gives you some (not all) of the dealers who were sent cars now at this late date.
The next level is to search your state for all Ford dealers. (i. e. Ford dealers Texas) Then go to each dealers site and see if they have a GT500 by searching each dealer's site.
Time consuming?
Yes
But saving ADM takes some effort.

The only dealers who have multiple GT500s are those dealers buying them from locators.

I'd prefer to start with the dealers you have used? Can I have their names?

^^^This^^^

I used the same method. Calling dealers with late 21 arrivals. Found a few 21's at $5k ADM before I found my MSRP deal. Was tempted to get a 21 at $5k ADM but instead I ordered a 22 @ MSRP and waited 7 months. Lol. 7 Months I missed on driving one I guess. But man it was really satisfying and made it worth the wait when it came in. But I wouldn't fault anyone for choosing to pay a $5k ADM instead of choosing the wait. However the way things stand now, what's out there is it. I think if I were in the market at this time...a$5k ADM on a new 500 of my spec would be a GO for me.
