Very cool. Crazy how much taller the roofline is on the GT350.

I almost never see the NSX. There was one that used to park in the bank lot adjacent to the Costco in Houston all the time. I don't think I've seen another one in the wild.

They seemed to be slow to sell at first but are starting to be appreciated, it seems. I like them a lot but don't see signing up for the complexities or potential maintenance of a hybrid supercar.

Gorgeous cars… after a tour in Japan and seeing two 1st Gen NSX’s on base, I have grown to appreciate the latest interaction. It’s a truly sweet driver’s car.

That 2019 NSX is only 1 of 238 sold stateside. Probably explains why there’s not many sightings at all, if any of them. It’s a very unique vehicle, definitely will be sought after in future years.

But the sales can’t be slower sales than the 2007 NSX model year; only 2 of those were sold in the US.

There’s an NSX owner in my area, but it’s one of the older generations (pre-2016). I don’t know what year it is… but the owner lets it sit outside in his driveway.

Yea I noticed the roofline of the NSX too. I’m wondering if it’s roofline is the same height (or damn close) to the Ford GT… which based from the original GT40, would be 40” high.

It is interesting that presently there are only 2 Supercars being built in North America with the 2nd generation Ford GT being built in Markham, Ontario and the 2nd generation NSX being assembled in Marysville, Ohio.

One of the other interesting aspects is that Ford launched their 2nd generation Ford GT as a 2017 model and of course so did Honda/Acura with the launch of their 2nd generation 2017 NSX with both of these Supercar brands ending their production as a 2022 model year and mirroring a 6 year final production run for each different brand.

Ford is planning to produce 175 Ford GT's for their final 2022 production year with Honda/Acura planning to build 300 NSX Type S units for the U.S and this is the 1st time for Marysville to build a NSX Type S model outside of Japan.

An additional 15 NSX Type S models will be built for Canada and 35 cars for Japan for the final 2022 MY therefore a total of 350 cars in total are planned to be built starting next month with ~30 cars per month planned to be assembled in Ohio starting December 2021 thru December 2022.
