I should be taking delivery of my new car next week and was wondering what are the first things to do? I'm going for rims/tires ASAP, but are there any other things that should be done immediately or pretty soon aside from PPF and Ceramic coating? I haven't seen any real failures or preventatives like a catch can, window regulator, shift nob, or anything of that sort so if I missed it that would help.
Please post your Rim/Tire setup also so I can get some inspiration and see some awesome setups :)

Suspension. Steeda or others.
Not what I think of as a must-have modification for a GT350R.

I'd say passenger side catch-can. Pedals maybe but that's personal preference. Mine were my favorite change to the car although minor. Steeda also makes a simple rubber line to replace the plastic snap on tube for the brake reservoir line. A couple members had the plastic lines leak.

Catch cans, number depending ion whether for street or track focus, BMR/Steeda chassis/suspension pieces, CAI. Simple, productive, and not too expensive mods.

Certainly PPF, paint correction, and ceramic coat if you intend to keep the car as quality work is not cheap.

It depends on what you plan to do with the car and what package you got…? Daily drivers don’t need suspension, but weekend toys you’re gonna hood about in should probably get it. I think the catch can is a no brainer, window tint and I personally got an exhaust/spoiler/Steeda stop the hop kit immediately. The PPF stuff is great too but expensive, so it depends how much you’re gonna drive the car?

Hey Ryan, congratulations man!
First off, have you had a chance to go over the car? Is it completely stock?
Are you going to track the car? Is it a daily?
The wheels and tires for winter months would be absolute first on my list.
For my ā€˜19 GT350 the only thing I’ve done is a Ford passenger catch can, Ford performance air filter, spare tire kit and tint on all glass including windshield.
This is such a wonderful car to drive, that’s all I’ve ā€œneededā€.

As an aside you may want to edit your thread title to say GT350/R. Since you didn’t mention it in your title or post, it shows up on the main forum page for recent activity and people click to reply thinking you’re asking about Mustangs in general.

Do they only leak on track use? Also, would I just need the passenger side or should I get both sides?

I'd be using it for the street, but would't be opposed to some track focused tweaks ;)

It's going to be a daily with around 22k miles a year :) It's an R with the tech package, I haven't heard anything about the wheel hop kit for this car and on my old GT I only got wheel hop maybe 2 times. Car has PPF on it already :)

My bad, I thought it was a GT. I would get the leading edge (front bumper, wheel arch, mirrors maybe) PPF and a catch can. You don’t need much to have a shit-ton of fun with an R, I would just do stuff to protect it.

Thank you! It's completely stock and going to be a daily, I'm looking into a set for all seasons and maybe get another set of rims for the summer tires, not sure if I would want to run the carbon fiber rims because by my house there are a lot of roads with craters. They "try" to fix it, but end up leading to sinkholes and leave a majority of the deep ones. Weirdly enough I've had 3 incidents with tires/rims blowing out and bending and they where all in the summer. I would most likely do what you did, but swap tints for a Vinyl stripe, maybe carbon dash, and maybe add back seats. On my last car (not a 350) I only did Rims (Steel), stripe, subs (didn't last long), and full exhaust, but don't have any plans to do an exhaust anytime soon if ever.
