My GT350 has 75k miles on it. There is a lot of transmission movement. I feel too much and would like to significantly reduce it. Idk if the stock is just worn out or how they just are. But I can't find any kind of aftermarket solutions. All the inserts I see don't say they fit a gt350 and some even explicitly say they don't. I know the two mounts are different. I also emailed boomba. They said their mounts don't work with the gt350. I find it crazy no one makes a solution to this.

all the mounts and dampers on GT350 are tuned specifically for the harmonics of the FPC. OEM is the way to go

Burn off the rubber on your factory one, make a jig and pour your own polyurethane bushing. I did that for my 2013 GT many years ago, but never got to install it. It did turn out great though.

I'm not taking any of the dampers off
I didn't say you were. You said you weren't sure if the original was worn out and asked for aftermarket options and can't find any. I'm simply pointing out that the factory ones are engineered specifically for the harmonics of the engine, so the OEM would be the way to go.

I like to disassemble things.

100% correct!

I would not change the durometer of the factory mount. If you feel the original one is worn, replace it with OEM. If carnage is what you seek, by all means, go rogue here.

There is naturally a lot of movement in the mount. I was surprised the first time I pulled the transmission to see how much it moved. With that being said I would not change from OEM unless you're also going to change to a cross-plane crank. You would create a ton of vibrations in the shifter that would be annoying to live with, as well as causing other components in the transmission to experience vibration frequencies they're not used to or built for.
