Search the boards for carbon dynamics. Multiple people have had issues with them. Including product quality, product arrival, and customer service. I would steer clear of them.

Was anyone here on the fence about this spoiler and then get it and end up loving it?

I had a GT500 spoiler on my 06 and loved it. I basically just want the same spoiler. The GT350 track pack spoiler seems very close. I love the look of it from the rear, but on shots from the side or front of the car, it looks a little big and awkward. But then I did an image search for the GT500 spoiler and I feel like it's the same way. I'm thinking these spoilers just don't photograph that well.

What's wrong with Carbon Dynamics? I just bought that spoiler from them last week (Although they are saying it will be a month until I get it).

This is what their eBay page says..

"This Carbon Dynamics spoiler was styled after the Shelby GT350 TrackPack rear spoiler. It was designed using the original CAD file From the original copy from Ford so the fit and fitment is perfect. This spoiler is made from 100% carbon fiber and uses the factory holes. A template is included for those without factory holes."

How can the fit be bad if they are using original CAD files?

So glad I bought off of eBay over their store. eBay always sides with the buyers if product is not as claimed.

OEM is alwasy the way to go.

Carbon Dynamics has screwed quite a few people over here on the forums, has allegedly worse than terrible CS, and flaws in their products other posters have posted pics of. I would stay away personally. I can't personally attest, but Im sure there at no less than a dozen members here who can about their personal experiences.

Good to know. I wonder if I can cancel my order. I didn't realize the OEM ones were only a little more.

Those were my exact same thoughts. I had always loved the look of the GT500 spoilers, and wanted something like them for the s550s. I was not sure about the track pack spoiler but I took a gamble and ordered it. Now that its on the car, I can't even imagine my car without it. Pictures do not really do the spoiler justice. Some make it look to big, some make it look to small. In person it looks great.

I also have the OEM Track pack spoiler and wow what a difference. It's not over the top yet it really fills in that rear nicely.

I think it's the best looking, spoiler that isn't a real race wing.

The best part is its already painted gloss black so you don't have to paint it. If you want to paint it body color you can, but I think the gloss black looks nice.
