I wonder if there's an update on the GT350 shift knob, shift boot, and parking brake boot?

I was going to add the same note about using a trim removal tool on the bottom trim piece. Also, a 22 mm socket was too small for my steering wheel bolt. Maybe the splines on my 22 mm socket were too coarse. I had to use a 15/16" socket and a socket extender. Then, as another member suggested, I torqued the bolt to 35 ft lbs.
Bill in his video says 24mm, which is what used. Bought it for this occasion since the biggest I had prior to this was a 22.

Yup, had to do the same. I didn't have a 24mm in my toolbox.

UGH

Pretty pissed off right now. I ordered mine from OEM Ford Parts site on Aug 3. There are people who ordered a week and a half after me who have GOTTEN THEIRS ALREADY. So I get an email from OEM FP telling me that, guess what??? The steering wheels are starting to come off back order. Awesome. "Do still want the part?" Yes, yes I do as i stated in two prior emails confirming I was content with waiting. Except now I'm being told, ok we'll go ahead and order it for you and as soon as we get it, we'll ship it to you.

:mad:That sounds a lot like "ok were gonna put you in the back of the line for a wheel now even though you ordered it from us two months ago." So thanks a lot OEM Ford Parts, you crapped on my day. Heres to hoping I'm wrong, and that i do in fact have a spot in line for a wheel, so to speak, and that were talking a week, and not another 2 months. :frusty:

Anybody have issues with their horn button after the install. Mine doesn't feel as responsive, like there is much less travel.
