Magnetic Metallic looks... Beautiful. Now if those rims only came in a brushed nickel or titanium finish. :)

With the hood and front end being lower can ford transfer this configuration to a global car? If it doesn't meet euro crash standards don't expect to see it on a non GT350.

I'm not sure if keeping the GT350 to the American market allowed for the departure or they just went in that direction out of chance. Either way it does look much better.
It just looks better by a mile. I mean, if it's not good for Europe then let Europe keep the current config, but give the GT this front end/hood because it looks MILES better. The current hood inside just makes a very weird view. They got it right with the 350.

I'm sure Ford executives peep this blog for feedback...If we keep complaining long enough, perhaps we can get a refresh for 2016...or if I have to spend more coin for a GT350, hopefully they will offer it with an Auto Trans!

I doubt you'll see an AT in the 350. There was talk but I doubt it. I think more likely you'll have to go aftermarket and replace hood/sides/fascia.

As for a refresh, you won't see a refresh in the 2016s BUT you could see minor things that change. My Dad's Kia Optima changed slightly from 2011 to his 2012 with some minor cosmetic things. It's possible here I guess.

2016 is a bit early for a refresh, I would expect 2017 at the earliest, likely 2018
A pure refresh would prob be '18 year where you get the 10 speed tranny and a body update.

Don't forget, the entire front end of the GT350 -- headlights and all -- is 1" lower than lesser, non-Ford Performance-branded Mustangs. I agree, though, that it makes for a much better-, meaner-looking car.
So I was looking at a few more pictures of the GT vs the GT350. I'm not seeing the headlights being 1" lower. They line up with the wheel well rim, etc in the majority of shot's I've seen that seem comparable.

Can you show me some shots that bar none show the lights lower?

I'm going by what Jamal said in his interview with SVT Performance. Also, per Car and Driver:

1) It has a whole new nose.

The Shelby GT350’s front track is widened by 35 millimeters (about 1.4 inches), a tweak that in and of itself disrupts the Mustang's aerodynamics. Chris Svensson, Ford’s design director for the Americas, explains that every body panel ahead of the doors on the GT350 is unique to offset the swollen track. Svensson says the hoodline is lower and “the only thing that’s carried over on the front end are the headlamps. They’re actually set 25 millimeters [about 1 inch] lower.”

Yes, but the car itself also sits lower, so could that also be part of their 25mm equation?
The only way to really tell would be to overlay the two on top of each other.
Any photoshop gurus around?
