To me it is a very interesting comparison since we don't know how Ford will price the PP2. If the GT pp msrp is already more than the 1LE your "what if" is highly unlikely to be the case. The PP2 almost has to be more, possibly way more than a 1LE. On top of that its still a huge question mark...
YES PLEASE. I want more sir.
That contrast looks good. Notice a GT350 track pack like spoiler. We need more info. Who can read those tire sizes? And those wheels look great like I expected.
Now the big question. Will they price it similar to the 1LE?
Who remembers the Pinto gas tank issue? Sometimes management makes the executive decision that they just don't care. Maybe they working hard to to fix and just can't get there. I don't know. But...I'm not basing my decision on panel gaps. Dealer won't care when I trade it in. If I buy this car...
And you are specifically referring to the 6 speed manual? Is its standard or only with GT PP Level 2? Since you are talking to people who have driven them.
Somewhere on here the widths were shown. Someone please confirm. I believe they were staggered and 1/2" narrower than 1LE widths. That won't support 305's squared. I still don't know why peeps thinks its getting cups. The regular GT350 doesn't. To me the problem with cups is they are too...
I'll take that bet. The 1LE is already very close to the GT350 on track. I don't see how a GTPP with 1LE wheels is gonna humiliate anything. It might hang with a 1LE but humiliate?
By the way the GTPP level 2 will come with wider wheels and supposedly cup tires (I personally doubt the cup...
So I read your build thread. Very awesome. If you had it to do all over again would you consider a 1LE (ignoring the terrible visibility)? With all your suspension mods and NTO1's you still think the 1LE is quicker?
