I thought about that, too, but I like manuals too much right now.

Now if Ford comes out with a new specialty model (Cobra?) with a manual and without IPads tacked to the dashboard, I’d be very very tempted.

nah, they tried that from 2015-2020 and could only sell those models for MSRP + ADM + some

Maybe the owner got bored of it, ran out of space, didn't see the ROI they expected, etc. All speculative of course.

Not a fan of the concept of hoarding specialty cars for financial gain, deprives enthusiasts of getting access to them. Another bizarre development from the past 3 years - suddenly everything is looked at as an "investment".

I know someone who "bought" 2 G-Wagons (AMG) at sticker. One gets driven and intent is to sell after 1-2 years with no loss. The other one went straight to the garage and plan is to sell it after 1 year for as much profit as possible. Both were specifically configured to retain/gain the most money.
