That is the best picture of an Avalanche I have seen so far. I ordered mine in Avalanche with black roof and black stripes. I ordered it without seeing one in person. Rolling the dice Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I knew that combo was available! My dealer here in Canada is still saying the system won't allow him to order the black roof with stripes together, it has to be one or the other...do you have a DORA I can email him for proof? PM me if you can. Thanks!

My dealer is saying the same thing!! He said he's gonna call the regional rep on Tuesday to get it sorted out.

I knew that combo was available! My dealer here in Canada is still saying the system won't allow him to order the black roof with stripes together, it has to be one or the other...do you have a DORA I can email him for proof? PM me if you can. Thanks!

You can also add the over the top Black (but w/ red trim stripes) in the R and the Black painted roof. So whether R or non-R, it's doable.

I believe the other fellas have a non-R on order... their respective dealers are just a bit lost/confused in regards to this specific combo.

Yea for Canadian spec maybe they just need the Regional Director's help... I find it improbable too since it''s technically a North American spec which includes US & Canada.

You can also show them on the Ford Website on the configure tool. Black roof and stripes are an option. I think the car having both the black roof and stripes is down right awesome!
