Super nice. That pic really puts the R's front spoiler in perspective. Thanks.

Competition orange you can't get on an R...

Race Red you can. You do not have the option for OTS, but you do for the black roof, and that is exactly how I reordered mine.

I checked my order paperwork and it confirms.
That is correct. You can order an R in red or orange, you just can't get them with stripes as the R stripes have red trim and it'd look crappy to have red stripes on a red or orange body.

Competition Orange is the only color you can NOT order for the GT350R.

Yep, you're right. My mistake. How much do you guys wanna bet one slips through and gets made in orange, though?
I've seen pics of one (looked CO, or at least if it was RR the lighting made it look CO), but I was informed by inside sources that it just ain't gonna happen.

Doesn't mean one might not slip through the cracks and mistakenly get built. There was ONE 2012 Boss 302 made in Yellow Blaze with white C-Stripes - a combination that wasn't supposed to be available, but alas, one happened.

Speaking of the Competition Orange GT350, it's been a rare sight in Dearborn, but here is one.

I appreciate this guy Brian's work in getting all these spy shots, etc. But I wish he wouldn't always take them from such a low angle. It seems to be his trademark or something. The problem is, no one really looks at a car from that angle in real life and it tends to distort the look of the car in an unflattering way. For instance, it exaggerates the wheel gap making it look larger than it actually is, etc.

He's probably hiding in bushes to get those shots...

Looks like they are taken from inside a car. Its not like folks are sitting around on the corner or balconies with camera in hand

Some are. You can spot them in Dearborn pretty easily at times...
