Thanks man....but Im looking for something that's an overlay which will simply sit over the centre of the steering wheel.

I'm not sure it's a good idea. I imagine it can do a lot of damage to your face if the airbag deploys. They don't seem to specify whether it's airbag-safe (and I'm not sure I'd trust them even if they did).

Yeah I got one of these CF pieces from a seller on eBay and the quality is pretty legit
