I just switched out the stock two piston calipers on my V6 with the 4 piston calipers from the GT. Couple of thoughts. Make sure you have the crush washers on right, I messed one up and the system drained over night, I've fixed it since and those 4 piston calipers are superb compared to stock.

I can't tell you how much easier this makes it over someone pumping the brake fluid through with the pedal. Watch the relevant Youtube videos.
You might need a bigger splash guard behind the rotors. I didn't get one for the 4 piston, but I'm not sure about the Brembos. If the rotor is substantially larger you might need it, cheap part.
Make sure you have the correct brake lines. I don't know if the brake lines are different between the 4 and 6 piston.
I think you have to change the master cylinder out. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the Brembos have a bigger master cylinder. This might complicate things. If you have to change the master cylinder then the attachment I linked to for the power bleeder might be different.
