Ok, I gotta vent somewhere so I don't go all incredible Hulk over the dealer... I ordered a 2015 Ecoboost Premium on September 20th... Every week since then I've been emailing the dealer asking if everything was on track.. Finally, this week, I discovered this forum and found out about www.cotus.ford.com. I look up my order and thing hasn't even been scheduled yet! Call the dealer and they were like "huh?" So I heard about Rachel, FordService, and I sent her a message. She asks me "Are you sure that's the right order number?" And I said yes it is. She said "well, that's a dealer stock order and not a retail order." :frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty:
So, today my order gets switched to a retail order but they couldn't give me any idea when my car will get here.... This has led to a great sadness in my household as I was originally told I would be receiving my car on Nov. 1st.
